Star Anise is a powerful antiviral that is effective in reducing the duration and symptoms of flus and viruses. Star Anise contains shikimic acid, which is the same compound found in popular prescription antivirals.
Directions: Add one to two pods to 8oz of water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Use as needed as until symptoms subside.
